This is where you’ll stay

You’ll be staying in a newly renovated, beautiful 2-room apartment with 70 m2 of space and a stunning view of the large garden and the nature reserve.

In the newly equipped kitchenette, featuring all the essential kitchen utensils from RÖSLE, you can prepare a delicious meal and enjoy it on the terrace. The dishwasher will take care of the cleanup. Coffee, tea, spices, vinegar, and oil are also provided.

The bedroom is furnished with a brand-new wardrobe (150 cm wide). If you’re woken up by the sun, you’ll enjoy a fantastic view of the garden right from the 180 cm wide double bed!

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. A window provides natural daylight.

Sports & Excursions

  • In the Siebengebirge, you’ll find countless leisure opportunities. Hiking trails and mountain bike routes start right outside the front door. Drachenfels and Petersberg are within walking distance.
  • In Oberpleis (4 km), there is a sauna park, an indoor tennis court, and an outdoor pool.
  • Shopping is available in Ittenbach (1 km away). There are also several restaurants in the area.
  • Golf is possible at several nearby courses.
  • Bonn is easily accessible by car (20 min) or by public transport (takes longer). There you’ll find a wide variety of culinary and cultural offerings.

Good to Know

  • This is our garden-level apartment.
  • It is a fully separate unit with its own private entrance.
  • We live upstairs in the house but are usually not at home during the day.
  • We are required to pay a 5% accommodation tax to the city of Königswinter, which is already included in the daily rate.
  • We strive to use resources responsibly wherever possible.
  • Many items come from zero-waste stores or are organic.
  • The solar system on the roof is connected to a battery storage unit.
  • The tap water is softened and filtered – safe to drink without hesitation.
